The NSW Supreme Court on August 25 upheld the parole authority's decision to grant parole to Hall, but the parole was revoked because her post-release accommodation plans had fallen through.
Earlier this week, Marrion Saunders, the mother of the man murdered by Hall, accused the SPA of rushing her into writing a victim impact statement by unexpectedly bringing Hall's parole review forward from September 21 to tomorrow.
Hall, previously known as Noel Crompton Hall, was jailed for life for the 1987 shooting murder of 29-year-old hitchhiker Lyn Saunders in south-western NSW.
