The trial of a Davenport teenager accused of sexually abusing a classmate at Assumption High School last spring will continue today with opening arguments and testimony.

Schlichting is accused of leading a 17-year-old female student into a vacant classroom in April and forcing her to have intercourse with him, court records state.

During questioning Monday in Scott County District Court, jurors were asked if they had children and what their ages are, and they were asked if they could remain unbiased.
