LITTLE EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP — Ocean County prosecutors have charged a township man with multiple counts of sexual assault on two girls, one of whom he had a supervisory relationship with.

The assaults on one girl took place over a period of years, both when she was younger than 13 and when she was at least 13 but less than 16 years of age, according to the allegations.

The assaults on the other girl took place over a period of years while she was younger than 13, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office. Prosecutors withheld the names of the girls.

Little Egg Harbor police arrested DiBiase on Thursday. DiBiase posted $100,000 bail at Ocean County Jail the next morning, according to a jail employee.
